These again, are from this place : [link] I didn't quite know how to name them. Katakana says "Hotaru" which is "firefly." But a lot of people use these brushes for the nice glow effects you see in Manga. So, I suppose the name "glowing light" fits too. Because these aren't really fireflies... Right?
