This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The bottom has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I LOVE your brushes! They are so awesome! I downloaded some and I can't wait to use them. Funny thing is, I didn't know you can get brushes here on DA so you can tell I am pretty excited.
Quick question: How do you make them? I plan on making on my own some day.
Haha, making brushes may not be a quick answer, depending on how in-depth you need for information. But, the long and short of the process is (Assuming you're using Windows):
Make shape / image Click "Edit" in the top menu "Define Brush Preset"
Once you've done that, you can save your new brushes as a set using the brush manager. I did a stream on it once, but... I don't seem to have the archived file any longer. So, perhaps in the near future, I'll do another stream on it.
It might actually be better to do a stream, to be honest... I do a bunch of different things when I make them.
But it depends on the set. For instance, the Shoujo brushets used a lot of layer effects and converting the layers to bitmap and back. There was a time when I did that sort of thing in Comicworks, too...
Some of the very old brushsets are simply conversions (with credit) of images into a brush set, too. (It seems that the original source is gone now... I hope it's temporary!)
